I'm a language specialist and aficionado who will be happy to satisfy your language needs and take them to a whole new level. I am not afraid to say that I'm outstandingly good at what I do, because—having spent all my professional life in the language industry—this is the only thing I know how to do right.

Since I started working in 2005, I have gained considerable experience in virtually every sort of linguistic task. I am a seasoned translator, localiser, and proofreader, as well as a trained conference interpreter, Member of the Portuguese Association of Conference Interpreters and of the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters. I have also worked on many transcreation, content-writing, and terminological assignments. Well versed in the technical aspects of translation processes, I possess expert knowledge of numerous Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, and can easily grasp the way clients' dedicated software works, too.

My two main areas of expertise include a wide array of (1) technical subjects and working with (2) business, marketing and promotional content. I specialise in 
clinical trials, cybersecurity, new technologies, logistics, sustainability, oenology, and international organisations, but that by no means exhausts the list. Moreover, I support Translators Without Borders, and have provided pro-bono translations for various NGOs.
